本頁說明 Passion 內部社群發文工具(以下稱「本工具」)如何使用 YouTube API 服務(YouTube API Services)。本工具只由 Passion 團隊內部使用，用途是把 Passion 自己的行銷影片上傳到 Passion 官方 YouTube 頻道 @passionstudiotw。
本工具不處理任何客戶影片或客戶資料，也沒有外部使用者透過 YouTube／Google 帳號授權登入。Passion 網站服務本身的個人資料處理，請見隱私權政策。
一、使用 YouTube API 服務與 YouTube 服務條款
本工具使用 YouTube API 服務上傳影片。使用本工具即表示同意受 YouTube 服務條款(https://www.youtube.com/t/terms)約束。
二、Google 隱私權政策
透過 YouTube API 服務傳送的資料，另受 Google 隱私權政策(http://www.google.com/policies/privacy)規範。
三、存取哪些資料、怎麼使用
- 本工具只申請
youtube.upload權限，唯一用途是把行銷影片上傳到 Passion 自己的 YouTube 頻道。 - 本工具不讀取、不收集、不儲存任何 YouTube 使用者資料或頻道資料(例如訂閱者、留言、觀看紀錄、其他頻道的影片)。
- 上傳完成後，系統只保存該支影片的「影片 ID 與網址」，用來在內部後台顯示發文結果。
四、資料分享與第三方
- 本工具不把任何資料分享、出售或提供給第三方。
- 資料只在 Google／YouTube 與本工具使用的雲端服務商之間傳輸：Supabase(資料庫與後端程式)、Cloudflare(影片素材暫存)。
- 本頁沒有廣告。本工具不使用 cookie 或其他裝置儲存技術來蒐集 YouTube 相關資料；網站其他頁面的 cookie 與分析工具(GA4、Meta)依隱私權政策辦理。
五、資料保存與刪除

如需刪除上述資料，請來信 support@riya.company,我們會在收到後 7 天內處理並回覆。
六、撤銷授權
授權者可以隨時到 Google 帳戶安全性設定(https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions)撤銷本工具的存取權。撤銷後本工具即無法再上傳影片，我們也會刪除已保存的授權憑證。

YouTube API Services Usage (English)
This page describes how Passion's internal social media publishing tool (the "Tool") uses the YouTube API Services. The Tool is used only by the Passion team to upload Passion's own marketing videos to its official YouTube channel, @passionstudiotw. The Tool does not process any customer videos or customer data, and no external users sign in with their YouTube or Google accounts.
1. YouTube Terms of Service
The Tool uses the YouTube API Services. By using the Tool, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms).
2. Google Privacy Policy
Data sent through the YouTube API Services is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy (http://www.google.com/policies/privacy).
3. What data we access and how we use it
- The Tool requests only the
youtube.uploadscope, used solely to upload marketing videos to Passion's own channel. - The Tool does not read, collect or store any YouTube user data or channel data.
- After an upload, we store only the video ID and URL, to show the publishing result in our internal dashboard.
4. Sharing
We do not share, sell or disclose any data to third parties. Data is transmitted only between Google/YouTube and our cloud providers, Supabase (database and backend) and Cloudflare (temporary video storage). This page shows no ads, and the Tool does not use cookies or other device storage to collect YouTube data. Cookies and analytics on other pages of our website are covered by our Privacy Policy.
5. Storage and deletion
- Video files waiting to be uploaded are stored temporarily in Cloudflare R2 and deleted automatically after 30 days.
- The OAuth refresh token is stored encrypted in Supabase Vault and deleted when authorization is revoked or the Tool is disabled.
- Video IDs and URLs are kept as publishing records. To request deletion, email support@riya.company; we will respond within 7 days.
6. Revoking access
You can revoke the Tool's access at any time from the Google security settings page (https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions). We will then delete the stored token.
